What we keep, why, and what we never do. Lookati is run by Lookati.ai Company, Lebanon. Updated 16 October 2026.

When you visit

We keep no record of your visit. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no IP address. The pages, pictures, fonts and the film all come from our own server, so no other company sees your visit.

When you join the list or pick a plan

We keep what you type in the form: your name, your shop's name, your email, your city, your Instagram, your WhatsApp number and how many pieces you get a month. We also keep the date you sent it and, if you picked one, your plan's name. We use it for one thing: to set up your account and write to you about it, on WhatsApp or by email. When you pick a plan, our phone gets a note with the plan's name only. None of your details are in it.

Where it lives, who sees it

Your details are kept on one secure server in Germany. Only we can open them. Backups are kept for 30 days, then deleted. We never sell your details, share them, or use them for ads.

Your photos, once your account opens

Your photos make your looks, and nothing else. Never shown to another shop. Never used to train a shared model. Every photo is marked as made with AI. Nothing goes out before you say yes.

Instagram and Facebook

Once your account opens, you can connect your shop's Instagram through Facebook, with Meta's official tools and only the permissions you grant. To set it up, we see the names of your Facebook Pages so you can pick the one linked to your shop's Instagram; the others are not kept. We read your Instagram profile and posts so your posting calendar shows your real feed. We publish only what you made and approved, at the time you chose: nothing posts itself. We read the reach, likes and comments of your own posts and show them only to you. We touch only the accounts you connect. To disconnect, go to Instagram or Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites and remove Lookati. We then delete what we read from them within 7 days.

Change or delete your details

Write to hello@lookati.ai from the email you signed up with, or message us on WhatsApp, and say "delete my details". We delete them within 7 days and tell you when it's done. Backups clear within 30 days.
