Data deletion

Deleting your details takes one message. Here is what happens, and when.

Two ways to ask

Write to hello@lookati.ai from the email you signed up with, or message us on WhatsApp, and say "delete my details". For Instagram and Facebook, you can also go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Lookati.

What we delete

Everything we hold about you: your form details and, once your account is open, your photos, your looks and what we read from Instagram and Facebook. It's done within 7 days. Backups clear within 30 days. We keep only records the law requires, such as payment records.

Before you ask

Once your account is open, save the photos you want to keep first: deleting is permanent. The photos we made for you stay yours to use.

We confirm it

We tell you when we get your request, and again when it's done.
